Account and data deletion

You can delete your Task Tally account and data at any time.

In the app (easiest)

1. Open Settings, then My account.
2. Choose Delete my account.
3. Confirm by typing the requested word.

By email

If you can no longer access the app, write to contact@tasktally.casa from your account's email address. We delete the account within 30 days at most.

What is deleted

• your account (email address, password), profile and photo,
• your whole history of timed tasks,
• your notification tokens.
• If you were alone in your household, the household and its custom tasks are deleted too. If other members remain, the household stays with them (ownership passes to the longest-standing member).

Deletion is permanent. Technical backups may briefly remain before being erased in turn.
